2018年3月中国甲乙丙类传染病疫情概要

摘要：2018年3月(2018 年3 月1 日0 时至3 月31 日24 时),全国共报告法定传染病566 716 例,死亡1 720 例.其中,甲类传染病无发病、死亡报告.乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、白喉、脊髓灰质炎、人感染H7N9禽流感和人感染高致病性禽流感无发病、死亡报告,其余21 种传染病共报告发病344 124 例,死亡1 705 例.报告发病数居前5 位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、淋病以及细菌性和阿米巴性痢疾,占乙类传染病报告病例总数的95％.In March 2018 (from 00∶00, 1 March to 24∶00, 31 March), a total of 566 716 cases of notifiable communicable diseases were reported in China, including 1 720 deaths. No cases and deaths of the diseases in class A were reported. No cases and deaths of severe acute respiratory syndrome, diphtheria, poliomyelitis and human infections with avian influenza A (H7N9) virus and highly pathogenic avian influenza virus in class B were reported. For the remaining 21 communicable diseases in class B, 344 124 cases were reported, including1 705 deaths. The first 5 diseases in term of reported case number were viral hepatitis, pulmonary tuberculosis, syphilis, gonorrhea and bacterial or amoebic dysentery, accounting for 95％ of the total reported cases in class B.
